Wisconsin Center District and Potawatomi announce new partnership

Potawatomi becomes exclusive casino partner of the Wisconsin Center District

Today, the Wisconsin Center District (WCD), owners and operators of Baird Center, Miller High Life Theatre and UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena announced an agreement making Potawatomi Casino Hotel (PCH) their exclusive casino, casino hotel, bingo and sportsbook partner.

In May, both establishments unveiled their newest upgrades: the WCD opened the $456 million expansion and modernization of Baird Center and PCH revealed the 6,500 square-foot state-of-the-art sportsbook and poker room, cementing their positions as two of the premier visitor and entertainment destinations in Wisconsin.

“With the grand openings of Baird Center and the Potawatomi Sportsbook, it seemed like the perfect time to formalize the great relationship we’ve enjoyed for years,” said WCD President and CEO, Marty Brooks. “Both the WCD and Potawatomi are committed to making downtown Milwaukee a not-to-be missed entertainment destination for residents and visitors.”

The three-year exclusive partnership went into effect on June 1, 2024.
