Wisconsin Center District names new Vice President of Facilities

Brandon Snellings joins WCD leadership team.

MILWAUKEE– (November 11, 2025) — The Wisconsin Center District (WCD), owners and operators of Baird Center, Miller High Life Theatre and UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena, announce the hiring of Brandon Snellings as Vice President of Facilities.

“We could not be more excited to welcome Brandon as our new Vice President of Facilities,” said Wisconsin Center District President and CEO Marty Brooks. “Brandon brings a wealth of expertise in managing large, complex facilities that host everything from major conventions to concerts and sporting events. His leadership will help ensure our venues remain safe, operate efficient and foster welcoming spaces for our guests, clients and community.”

Snellings comes to the WCD after most recently serving as Director of Facilities and Warehouse for Caesars Entertainment in Danville, Virginia. There, he oversaw all facility and event operations for the 400,000-square-foot luxury casino, hotel and a 2,500-seat entertainment venue.

With more than 15 years of experience in property and facilities management, Snellings brings a broad and accomplished background to the WCD. He has led multi-campus operations across healthcare facilities for Hill Valley Healthcare, overseen major construction and renovation projects in the education and government sectors with Comfort Systems USA and managed operations for five large-scale properties—including a 700,000-square-foot government headquarters for JBG Smith.

“I’m thrilled to join the WCD team and become part of Milwaukee’s vibrant community,” Snellings said. “This organization has an incredible reputation for hosting world-class events and delivering exceptional guest experiences, and I’m excited to contribute to that tradition.”

Snellings officially assumed the role on November 3.
