Bastille’s First Milwaukee Show Coming to the Milwaukee Theatre Oct 18

Chart-Topping Single “Pompeii” Is RIAA-Certified Triple Platinum While Video Racks Up More Than 100 Million Views LIVE AT THE MILWAUKEE THEATRE


U.K. band Bastille has added 14 dates to its Fall 2014 North American outing, including a show at the Milwaukee Theatre. This marks first show the Pabst Theater Group has brought to the Milwaukee Theatre. The band will perform at historic Radio City Music Hall in New York City on October 9. Bastille, which has completed three sold-out North American tours in less than a year, will be playing arenas in numerous cities this fall, including Houston’s Reliant Arena (November 7) and Seattle’s Key Arena (November 15). The run will wrap up at Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles on November 20.

Following the success of Mumford & Sons at Marcus Amphitheater, John C Reilly at Miller Caves, Sara Bareilles at Humphrey Scotish Rite Center and Vampire Weekend and Lorde at BMO Harris Pavilion, the Pabst Theater Group continues to expand promoting events outside of their venues.

Fans who sign up for Bastille’s North American mailing list at will receive exclusive access to pre-sale tickets on June 18 and June 19. In addition, fans who have made a purchase through the Bastille U.S. online store will also receive pre-sale ticket access. Bastille’s multi-format smash hit “Pompeii” has been certified Triple Platinum by the RIAA and the accompanying video has more than 100 million views. The track was No. 1 on Billboard’s Alternative Songs chart for four consecutive weeks and topped the Adult Alternative Songs chart for two weeks. The follow-up single, “Bad Blood,” is already a Top 5 hit at Alternative radio.

The band will launch its third U.S. single, “Flaws,” this summer. You can watch the video here:

Bad Blood, Bastille’s debut album, entered the albums chart at No. 1 in the
U.K., where it closed out 2013 as the biggest selling debut album and the
biggest selling digital album of the year. It has sold more than 800,000 units in the U.S., where it was released last fall. The band was named an MTV 2014 “Artist to Watch” and has received a BRIT Award (British Breakthrough Act) and a Woodie Award (Best Cover).
